Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Gamkom Ventures. By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of Gamkom, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Gamkom.

The service

Gamkom provides tools to discover sports and games competitions and events, register teams or participants, manage groups, follow schedules and results, and view performance information. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or pose a risk to other users or events.

Competitions, events, and user content

Organizers and participants are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, including team or entrant details, registrations, and event-related data entered through authorized roles.

You grant Gamkom Ventures a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process content you submit so we can operate Gamkom and show it to other users as intended by the product.

You must not upload unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringing content, or attempt to interfere with events, scoring, or platform security.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access accounts or data you are not authorized to use.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a team, entrant, or event.
• Use Gamkom for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable competition, league, or event rules.

Intellectual property

Gamkom, Gamkom Ventures, and related branding, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or exploit them except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.

Disclaimer

Gamkom is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Event data, statistics, and schedules may depend on inputs from organizers and officials and may occasionally be incomplete or delayed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamkom Ventures and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, where permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gamkom Ventures from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Gamkom Ventures's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
